Guests with mobility challenges need to negotiate 2 steps to enter the house but once inside there is a lift to all levels. All showers and decks are level entry.

TOP FLOOR: The large Master Bedroom has a queen bed, luxury linen, walk-in wardrobe, Mount views and a stylish ensuite. The ensuite includes a bath, tiled shower, vanity with storage, luxury towels and of course a toilet. There is a deck from the Master Bedroom which is shared with Bedroom 2. The view of the ocean, Mount and Kaimai Ranges from here is spectacular.
Bedroom 2 can be either a Super King bed or 2 extra-long Singles. There is a built in wardrobe, luxury linen, ocean and Mount views and access to the deck shared with the Master Bedroom.
Bedroom 3 has a Queen bed, luxury linen, built in wardrobe plus Mount and Kaimai Ranges views. Amazing sunsets from this room.
The Main Bathroom has a tiled shower, vanity with storage, toilet and luxury towels.
MID FLOOR: The roomy lounge has books, magazines, games and a 65 inch TV for your entertainment. The lounge opens on one side to a deck for relaxing in the sun enjoying sea views.
The enormous kitchen has Bosch induction hob and oven, large fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, instant boiling water tap, filtered water tap, rice cooker, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, bullet blender plus all the crockery, cookware and utensils you might need. The 3m stone island bench is the social hub of the house. Dining is adjacent to the kitchen and seats 8 people. There is a guest toilet on this floor.
GROUND FLOOR: The Studio bedroom is a hotel like space with a superking OR 2 extra-long single beds, luxury linen, ensuite, kitchenette and a courtyard. The kitchenette with microwave, mini-fridge, kettle and toaster make simple meal preparation possible. There is a 43 inch smart TV, Wi-Fi, small table and chairs.
The Laundry has a large top loading washing machine, a condenser dryer, beer fridge, iron, ironing board, cleaning products and a big tub. The clothes line and outdoor shower are just out the door.
There is a 2 car garage and space for 1 car in the driveway.
LOCAL: 5 minutes’ walk away are two of the Mount Locals favorite cafes, Kawakawa and Special Mention. Bayfair shopping center is a 10 minute walk away, has a vibrant dining precinct with 8 restaurants and a movie theatre.
The hustle a bustle of Downtown Mount Maunganui’s shops, restaurants, beaches and walks are only a 10 minute drive along the beach. Uber and taxis are reliable in our area.
